The staff provided excellent assistance and the room cleanliness was really good. We enjoyed the convenient location near downtown and the ease of accessing our concert venue.

The overall decor felt dated and lacked a modern touch.

We booked queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The favorite part of my stay was the hotel staff. The staff was so friendly and nice. They were able to assist me with all my needs and did just that. When I return to Raleigh I will stay again.

I really didn't like having to go downstairs to get a snack from the machine. Although it was vending on my floor (5th) there was no snack machine, only drinks and ice.

We received great value for our money with a clean and modern room, made for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining, and the staff treated us warmly.

Breakfast items could use more variety, especially with better options for drinks.

Air conditioner sounds like a car. The cleaning crew doesn't even sweep the bathrooms.

Very old property. Room was in terrible shape. Wallpaper peeling everywhere, musty smells. Side doors don't work from outside even with key. Certainly not what you expect for Hampton.

When we arrived we checked in went into our room and had one bed. They had nothing else available. The wording on Booking needs to be changed when you see double you think 2 beds. That was an uncomfortable night for all 3 of us even though we got a roll out it was quite uncomfortable.

Clean. Quiet. Spacious room.

Pool was closed. Internet connection did not work the second day. No brochures for local sights.

The rooms were modern and beautifully decorated. The staff were attentive, addressing my needs promptly .

The room we stayed in the bed was comfortable room was cozy. The bathroom wasnt clean 100 percent and the microwave had food left in it from prior guest.
